From the table
to the future.
Cuisine is the living memory of a place.
Organized since 2021, the Anatolian Cuisine Photography Contest documents the dishes of Anatolia, including Thrace, and Northern Cyprus. It celebrates local culinary cultures and contributes to passing this heritage on to future generations.
Each photograph brings the work, traditions and everyday life behind a dish into view. Student participation connects gastronomy and photography with new perspectives.

The fifth awards ceremony took place at the Girne campus of Final International University, bringing together participants from photography, gastronomy and tourism.
Award recipients received plaques and holiday prizes provided by Acapulco Resort Convention SPA Hotel.
