Conference material: All the pre-registered participants will receive the conference material upon their arrival on the conference desk. The badges are essential for the admission and entrance into the convention centre and exhibition areas.
Certificates: Attendance certificates will be delivered in person once you have completed your presentations.
Credit cards: All credit cards are acceptable in hotels, restaurants and shops.
Insurance: We cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss, accidents or damages to participants and/or accompanying persons. Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal insurance to cover any eventuality that may occur during the Conference.
Technical equipment: The convention centre is equipped with slides and data projectors. Please bring a copy of your presentations and upload them onto the pre-designated computers.
