Daha &ccedil;ok yeni derslerin programlara eklenmesi, ders isim ve i&ccedil;eriklerinin g&ouml;zden ge&ccedil;irilmesi, uygulamaya y&ouml;nelik derslere a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesi konular\u0131 &ouml;ne &ccedil;\u0131kmakla birlikte, &ouml;zellikle rehberlikte bir e\u011fitim felsefesinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fi de komisyon &uuml;yelerince dile getirildi. Di\u011fer taraftan programlar\u0131n &ouml;nlisans e\u011fitiminin verildi\u011fi meslek y&uuml;ksekokullar\u0131 ile lisans e\u011fitiminin verildi\u011fi fak&uuml;lte ve y&uuml;ksekokullar i&ccedil;in farkl\u0131 belirlenmesi gerekti\u011fi, bu konunun ayr\u0131 bir platformda g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fe a&ccedil;\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi de komisyon &uuml;yelerince g&uuml;ndeme getirilen bir ba\u015fka konudur.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;E\u011fitici Nitelikleri ve Nicelikleri \u0130le \u0130lgili Sorunlar&rdquo; ana temas\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml; komisyonda konuyla ilgili sorunlar be\u015f ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta topland\u0131. Bunlar;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Turizm rehberli\u011fi ile ilgili do\u011frudan ili\u015fkili olan alan derslerinin alan d\u0131\u015f\u0131 &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilmesi,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Turizm rehberli\u011fi alan\u0131nda y&uuml;ksek lisans programlar\u0131n\u0131n eksik olmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Meslekte ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 rehberlerin e\u011fitim kadrolar\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan problemler,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Turizm rehberli\u011fi &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n saha ve sekt&ouml;r tecr&uuml;belerinin eksik olmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml; &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n niteliklerin yetersiz olmas\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBu ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar genel olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde toplam 19 adet &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerisi ortaya konuldu. Turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;mlerinde yeti\u015fmi\u015f &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yetersiz oldu\u011fu &ouml;ncelikli olarak tespit edildi. Bu konudaki eksikliklerin giderilmesi ad\u0131na; profesyonel olarak turizm rehberli\u011fi yapan bireylerin &uuml;niversitelerin kadrolar\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, b&ouml;l&uuml;m altyap\u0131s\u0131 g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; olan &uuml;niversitelerde turizm rehberli\u011fi alan\u0131nda y&uuml;ksek lisans programlar\u0131n\u0131n a&ccedil;\u0131lmas\u0131 ve turizm rehberli\u011fi ile ilgili kritik derslerde kom\u015fu &uuml;niversitelerin &ouml;\u011fretim elamanlar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi &ouml;neriler geli\u015ftirildi. Turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;mlerinde g&ouml;rev alan &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n niteliklerinin y&uuml;kseltilmesinin &ouml;nemi vurgulanm\u0131\u015f ve bu konuda &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n pedagojik formasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve yabanc\u0131 dil bilgilerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi, de\u011fi\u015fim programlar\u0131 ile yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 g&ouml;rg&uuml; ve deneyimlerinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 y&ouml;n&uuml;nde &ouml;neriler sunuldu. &Ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n eylemli rehberlik yapabilmeleri ve sahadaki uygulamalardan uzak kalmamalar\u0131 konusunda gerekli kolayl\u0131klar\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n moral, motivasyon ve prestijlerinin korunmas\u0131 ile ilgili &uuml;niversite y&ouml;netimlerinin hassasiyet g&ouml;stermeleri &uuml;zerinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan &ouml;neriler aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. Sonu&ccedil; olarak e\u011fitimcilerin nitelik ve nicelikleri sorununun &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;mlerinin hayata ge&ccedil;irilmesi, b&ouml;l&uuml;mler, dekanl\u0131klar, rekt&ouml;rl&uuml;kler, Y&Ouml;K ve &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n yapacaklar\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131 ve yo\u011funlu\u011fu ile ger&ccedil;ekle\u015febilecektir.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Mevzuattan Kaynaklanan Sorunlar (Programa Kabul ve Mezuniyet)&rdquo; ana temas\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml; komisyonda konuyla ilgili sorunlar &uuml;&ccedil; ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta topland\u0131. Bunlar;<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mesle\u011fe kabulde farkl\u0131 d&uuml;zeyde e\u011fitim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Uygulama gezilerinin &ouml;\u011frenciye maliyetinin y&uuml;ksek olmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&Uuml;niversitesi s\u0131nav\u0131nda turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;mleri i&ccedil;in Y&Ouml;K&rsquo;&uuml;n verdi\u011fi kontenjanlar\u0131n fazla olmas\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBu ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar genel olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde toplam d&ouml;rt adet &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerisi ortaya konuldu. Mesle\u011fe kabulde sadece lisans ve lisans&uuml;st&uuml; e\u011fitim programlar\u0131ndan diploma almak gereklili\u011finin olmas\u0131 bu durumda &ouml;nce sertifika programlar\u0131n\u0131n ve &ouml;nlisans programlar\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131, ba\u015fka lisans programlar\u0131ndan mezun olup ancak turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;mde lisans&uuml;st&uuml; e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f olunmal\u0131d\u0131r. TUREB ile &Uuml;niversitelerin Turizm Rehberli\u011fi B&ouml;l&uuml;mlerinden temsilcilerin de kat\u0131lmas\u0131yla ihale sonucunun belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Uygulama gezisinde &ouml;\u011frenci ba\u015f\u0131 maliyetini d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;rmek i&ccedil;in TUREB ile &uuml;niversitelerin turizm rehberli\u011fi b&ouml;l&uuml;mlerinde komisyonlar kurularak i\u015fbirli\u011fi i&ccedil;erisinde sponsorlar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131ld\u0131.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Dil Yeterlili\u011fi \u0130le \u0130lgili Sorunlar&rdquo; ana temas\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml; komisyonda konuyla ilgili sorunlar yedi ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u015fl\u0131klar;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Y&Ouml;K&rsquo;&uuml;n e\u011fitim dili i&ccedil;in \u0130ngiliz dilinin &ouml;\u011frenimiyle ilgili zorlay\u0131c\u0131 tutumu,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitiminin &ouml;\u011fretim etkinli\u011fi ile ilgili ya\u015fanan sorunlar,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Nadir dillerde e\u011fitimci, okutman, akademisyen eksikli\u011fi,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Orta &ouml;\u011fretim kurumundan &ouml;\u011frenci geli\u015finde dil probleminin hen&uuml;z halledilmi\u015f olmamas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fiticilerin dil seviyelerinin ve pedagojik formasyon yeterliliklerinin takibi ve e\u011fiticilerin kendini g&uuml;ncelleme sorunu,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Rehberlik programlar\u0131n\u0131 kazanma puanlar\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;k olmas\u0131,<br \/>\n\t\uf075&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Nadir dillerdeki eksikli\u011fi gidermek amac\u0131yla a&ccedil;\u0131lan lisans&uuml;st&uuml; rehberlik programlar\u0131n\u0131n ama&ccedil;lar\u0131na tam ula\u015famay\u0131\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBu ana ba\u015fl\u0131klar genel olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde 23 adet &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerisi ortaya konuldu. Yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitiminin turizm rehberli\u011fi e\u011fitiminde &ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli bir yer tutuyor oldu\u011fu t&uuml;m komisyon &uuml;yelerinin ortak fikri olarak &ouml;ne &ccedil;\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve &ouml;zel bir &ouml;nem atfedilmesi gerekti\u011finin vurgulanmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bununla birlikte komisyonumuzca sorun olarak kabul edilebilecek olan konular; Y&Ouml;K&rsquo;&uuml;n e\u011fitim ili olarak \u0130ngilizceyi dayatmas\u0131, yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitiminin etkinli\u011fi sorunlar\u0131, nadir dillerde e\u011fitimci eksikli\u011fi, orta &ouml;\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan dil &ouml;\u011fretimi sorunlar\u0131, e\u011fiticilerin yeterlik d&uuml;zey ve g&uuml;ncelli\u011fi sorunlar\u0131, rehberlik programlar\u0131na &ouml;\u011frenci kabul&uuml;nde temel al\u0131nan ba\u015far\u0131 puanlar\u0131n\u0131n d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;kl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;, nadir dillerdeki eksikli\u011fi gidermek amac\u0131yla di\u011fer alanlardan lisans&uuml;st&uuml;ne &ouml;\u011frenci kabul&uuml; ile ilgili sorunlar olarak s\u0131ralanabilir.<br \/>\n\t&ldquo;Sekt&ouml;rel ve Akademik Koordinasyon \u0130le \u0130lgili Sorunlar&rdquo; ana temas\u0131n\u0131n g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml; komisyonda konuyla ilgili sorunlar on ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
