Akademik Turizm E\u011fitimi Arama Konferans\u0131<\/em>&rsquo;nda <em>&ldquo;&Ouml;rg&uuml;n ve Yayg\u0131n E\u011fitimde Eko-turizm Bilincinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi<\/em><em>&rdquo; konusu <\/em>masaya yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ki g&uuml;n s&uuml;reden ve 45 uzman\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar sonras\u0131nda &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 be\u015f ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilmesinde yarar olan &ccedil;e\u015fitli konular\u0131 ve olas\u0131 &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerilerini belirlediler. S&ouml;z konusu konular ile &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerilerine ili\u015fkin &ouml;zet bilgiler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer al\u0131yor.\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<em>&ldquo;Eko-turizmde Yasal Sorunlar Denetim ile \u0130lgili Sorunlar<\/em><em>&nbsp;ve &Ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &Ouml;neriler<\/em><em>&rdquo; <\/em>konusunun ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma grubunda mevcut sorunlar alt\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda topland\u0131. Bunlar;\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tUlusal d&uuml;zeyde bir eko-turizm politikas\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tDo\u011frudan eko-turizmi kapsayan &ouml;zel bir mevzuat\u0131n olmamas\u0131,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tMevzuatlar aras\u0131nda dil birli\u011finin olamamas\u0131,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tUlusal d&uuml;zeyde eko-turizm uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 y&ouml;nlendirecek ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir olu\u015fumun-kurulun olmamas\u0131,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tEko-turizmi destekleyecek bir te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131 ve\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tMevcut turist rehberli\u011fi mevzuat\u0131nda eko-turizm rehberli\u011fine y&ouml;nelik bir d&uuml;zenlemenin bulunmamas\u0131d\u0131r.\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma grubu ortaya att\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sorunlar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in yasal ve y&ouml;netsel &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;mler &uuml;retirken, &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;mler i&ccedil;in &ccedil;e\u015fitli kamu ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131na da &ccedil;e\u015fitli g&ouml;revler y&uuml;kledi. &nbsp;Bu ba\u011flamda, eko-turizm konunun &ouml;nemine dikkat &ccedil;ekmek &uuml;zere ulusal kalk\u0131nma planlar\u0131nda yer verilmesi, konuyla ilgili planlama &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n eko-turizm politikalar\u0131 ile uyumlu olmas\u0131, ulusal d&uuml;zeyde eko-turizm eylem plan\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, yasal ve y&ouml;netsel konularda d&uuml;zenlemelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir eko-turizm biriminin kurulmas\u0131, k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ve y&ouml;re halk\u0131n\u0131n finansal olarak desteklenmesi, eko-turizm yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na y&ouml;nelik te\u015fvik verilecek taraflar\u0131n belli bir e\u011fitime tabi tutulmas\u0131 ve profesyonel turist rehberli\u011fi y&ouml;netmeli\u011finde revizyona gidilmesi \u015feklinde &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;mler &ouml;nerildi.\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<em>&ldquo;&Ouml;rg&uuml;n ve Yayg\u0131n E\u011fitimde Eko-turizm Bilincinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Denetim ile \u0130lgili Sorunlar ve &Ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &Ouml;neriler&rdquo;<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 y&uuml;r&uuml;ten grup, bu alanda geli\u015ftirilmeye uygun yedi alan belirledi. S&ouml;z konusu sorunlar \u015fu \u015fekilde ifade edildi:\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tToplumdaki &ccedil;evre ve eko-turizm konusundaki bilgi ve bilin&ccedil; eksikli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t&Ouml;rg&uuml;n e\u011fitimin her evresinde &ccedil;evre ile ilgili m&uuml;fredat ve programlar\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t&Ouml;nlisans, lisans ve y&uuml;ksek lisans programlar\u0131nda eko-turizm konusundaki uzmanla\u015fma e\u011fitiminin yetersizli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t&Ouml;rg&uuml;n e\u011fitimin farkl\u0131 kademelerinde &ccedil;evre ve eko-turizm konusunda e\u011fiticilerin yetersizli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t&Ccedil;evre ve eko-turizm konusunda &ouml;rnek uygulamalar\u0131n yetersizli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\t&Ccedil;evre konusunda &ouml;zellikle de eko-turizm konusunda, &ouml;rg&uuml;n ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda kurum ve kurulu\u015flar aras\u0131 e\u015fg&uuml;d&uuml;m&uuml;n olmamas\u0131 ve\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tSekt&ouml;rde &ccedil;evre duyarl\u0131 turizm e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n azl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da yetersizli\u011fi.\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&Ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma grubu geli\u015ftirilmeye uygun bu konulara &ccedil;e\u015fitli &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerileri de &ouml;nerdi. S&ouml;z konusu &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerileri aras\u0131nda \u015funlar yer ald\u0131: Eko-turizm ve &ccedil;evre konusundaki mevcut e\u011fitim ve &ouml;\u011fretim &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;ncelikle de\u011ferlendirilmesi, m&uuml;fredata koyulacak &ccedil;evre ile ilgili derslerin nicelik ve nitelik bak\u0131m\u0131ndan artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, &ccedil;evre bilincinin geli\u015ftirilmesi, yayg\u0131n ve &ouml;rg&uuml;n e\u011fitimdeki ilgili birimlerin i\u015fbirli\u011fi i&ccedil;inde &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, geli\u015fmi\u015f &uuml;lkeler &ouml;ncelikli olmak &uuml;zere d&uuml;nyadaki iyi uygulamalar incelenerek bunlar\u0131n T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;deki y&uuml;ksek&ouml;\u011fretim programlar\u0131na uyarlanmas\u0131, e\u011fiticilere &ccedil;evre ve eko-turizm konular\u0131nda d&uuml;zenli olarak ve gerekli g&ouml;r&uuml;ld&uuml;k&ccedil;e hizmet i&ccedil;i ve uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim verilmesi, STK&rsquo;lar\u0131n eko-turizm konusundaki &ccedil;abalar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi ve geli\u015ftirilmesi, yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim ve uygulamalar\u0131n sekt&ouml;r&uuml;n ihtiya&ccedil;lar\u0131na cevap verecek \u015fekilde geli\u015ftirilmesi, ileti\u015fim ara&ccedil;lar\u0131n\u0131n ve sosyal medyan\u0131n bu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar i&ccedil;in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, &ouml;rg&uuml;n ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flar aras\u0131nda &ccedil;evre ve eko-turizm e\u011fitimi konusunda e\u015fg&uuml;d&uuml;m&uuml;n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve bireylerin &ccedil;evre bilinci ve bilgisinin geli\u015fmesinde anaokulundan ba\u015flayarak &ccedil;evre konusunda e\u011fitilmesi.\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<em>&ldquo;Eko-turizmde &Ouml;rg&uuml;tlenme Kamu, STK, Yerel Y&ouml;netimler ve Y&ouml;re Halk\u0131 Denetim ile \u0130lgili Sorunlar ve &Ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &Ouml;neriler&rdquo; <\/em>ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma grubu, bu alanla ilgili sorunlar\u0131 d&ouml;rt ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplad\u0131. Bunlar \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131raland\u0131:\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tYerel ve ulusal d&uuml;zeyde turizmde ortak akl\u0131 in\u015fa edecek ve yapt\u0131r\u0131m g&uuml;c&uuml; olan, payda\u015flar aras\u0131ndaki koordinasyonu sa\u011flayacak olan bir te\u015fkilatlanman\u0131n olmamas\u0131,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tEko-turizm ile ilgili STK&rsquo;lar aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin yetersizli\u011fi,\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tEko-turizm giri\u015fimcilerinin te\u015fvik ve desteklerden yeterince yararlan\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t\t\tYerel ve merkezi y&ouml;netimlerin eko-turizm tesislerine destekleri yetersizli\u011fidir..\n\t\t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<em>&ldquo;Eko-turizmde &Ouml;rg&uuml;tlenme Kamu, STK, Yerel Y&ouml;netimler ve Y&ouml;re Halk\u0131 Denetim ile \u0130lgili Sorunlar ve &Ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &Ouml;neriler<\/em>&rdquo; konulu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma grubu tespit etti\u011fi bu d&ouml;rt soruna \u015fu &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &ouml;nerilerini ortaya koydu: \u0130ller d&uuml;zeyinde ve ulusal d&uuml;zeyde turizm sekt&ouml;r&uuml; payda\u015flar\u0131ndan Destinasyon Y&ouml;netim &Ouml;rg&uuml;tlerinin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve t&uuml;m altyap\u0131 hizmetlerinin ve g&uuml;zerg&acirc;h &uuml;zerinde yer ve y&ouml;n bildiren tabela kurulumlar\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131.\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<em>&ldquo;Planlama, Envanter, Uygulama, \u0130zleme Denetim ile \u0130lgili Sorunlar ve &Ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m &Ouml;neriler&rdquo;<\/em> konusunda &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan ihtisas grubu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131yla ilgili sorunlar\u0131 11 ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplad\u0131.
